Refund Policy

Since products are unique and custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or wrong sizes. We only offer replacements/refunds for damaged or misprinted items if reported within 14 days.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a print error, please contact us immediately at support@pouryoursoul.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. As each item is custom printed for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
